Abstract
Abstract Background and Objective: Communication is an interaction between two persons, in which a message is sent from a source to a receiver to provide an aim. The relationship between nurse and physician is the interaction existed in patient care to access to a common thrauputical goal. One of the main causes of stress in nursing profession is a lack of effective relationship with other health care workers, especially physicians. We decided to survey the professional relationship between nurses and physicians to promote patient care quality. Material and Methods: The subjects of this crossectional study were all 97 nursing staff of three hospitals (Imam Khomeini in Bonab, sina and amiralmomenin in Maragheh). The instrument was a questionnaire composed of two parts of demographic data and professional relationship (22 items) scaled by likert. The data were tabulated in computer and analyzed by SPSS (16 versions). Results: The subjects are both female (86.8%) and male (13.2%). The mean age is 32.5 and record of service is 8.8 years. Seventy-seven percent of subjects are married and (23.3%) are single. Most of them (94.7%) are BSc of nursing and the rest are high school diploma of nursing. The viewpoint of nurses is moderate (80.4%), bad (6.2%) and good (13.4%). Conclusion: The main case of inappropriate interaction is that the physicions don’t try to ask nurses perspectives. When the interaction between nurses and physictions is improved, the level of nursing quality is increased too.

Abstract
Background and Objective: Effective and non-effective communication is the main part of our daily life activities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the male and female students of having opposite gender classmate and its educational impact, based on their perception and experiences.
Material and Methods: In this qualitative study, the nursing students of Golestan University of Medical Sciences were invited to participate in interview.Considering purposeful sampling method and concept saturation, we interviewed with 20 students. The data were collected through individual interactive semi-structured interviews. The interviews were transcribed line by line, coded and categorized through analyzing "content analysis".
Results: Both male and female participants state that having classmates with opposite- sex, due to preparation for future work-life and knowing opposite gender, is essential. Interaction between a male and female classmate is forming gradually during clinical training.Clinical learning environments are effective in better understanding of opposite gender. The experiences and perceptions of the participants in terms of having classmates with opposite gender in educational environment are explained with two main themes "learning facilitator and "learning inhibitor".
Conclusion: Since the academic period is short, it seems that preparation for future work-life is stressful and also being classmate with opposite gender is a major challenge for the students too. Although the students know that having opposite-sex classmate is a necessary issue, due to lack of experiences in their previous school years, this sudden exposure may cause emotional conflict and as a result learning process is inhibited. Having knowledgeable and trustworthy consultants in university may be helpful for the students to deal with their social condition and cultural environment and conduct hidden curriculum

Abstract
Background and Objective: The concepts are defined differently upon the dominated philosophy and ideology of the communities. Thus, it can be possible to define the main concepts of nursing based on the philosophical and ideological foundation of Islamic ideology in Iran. The aim of the present study was to explain the human’s concepts based on Islamic documents and compare with nursing theories.
Material and Methods: The concept derivation of Walker and Avant was used for theory construction. In this method, by studying the existing Islamic theories about human, the researchers chose the best theories adjusting to nursing and redefined them on the basis of nursing concepts. Finally the human’s concept was derived of theories of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, Mesbah Yazdi and Mohammad Taghi Jafari.
Results: Human, consists of body and spirit, which have been created based on Fetrat . The movement according to Fetrat is accomplished by the help of wisdom, authority and faith to reach Ghalbe Salim, which is the summit of spiritual health. To reach Ghalbe Salim, human should consider the fields including plant, animal and wisdom. Thus, the nurse’s duty is to help the clients to achieve their real Fetrat, based on the human areas.
Conclusion: In terms of this definition that verifies the superiority of spirit over body, nurses must pay attention to the spirit more than the body. In contrast with caring theories, the leader of nursing programs is Fetrat rather than the individual needs and experiences. Hence, the nurses’ duty is to help the human, based on Fetrat, to reach the highest health that is Ghalbe Salim.
